I “came out” so to speak to my grandmother today about being able to see auras. She listened very closely and seemed interested for awhile…
I explained to her that I’ve been able to see them since I can remember. The aura I see is not the static aura that supposedly follows a person throughout their lifetime. The aura I see is ever-changing, in fact I’ve seen auras change during a viewing before. I’ve never seen my own aura though, which makes me feel rather sad. I suppose if I did more mirror-work, and less avoiding looking at myself that that would be remedied. I went on to explain to my grandmother that I don’t see huge balls of light walking around everywhere, The aura I see stays rather close to the body, maybe 10 inches out or less, and that it’s almost like looking at the colors in a soap bubble. I’ve seen really vibrant auras, but I have yet to see a great big aura. Anyway, back to the soap bubble analogy… if you look at the colors with a lot of busy-messiness behind them they look dull or muddy, but if you look at the colors with a white background then they really stand out. This is the same with auras, for me to really clearly see someone’s aura I need them to be in front of a white background.
I’ve done many readings for friends and family, and I have learned that certain colors mean certain energies from my viewpoint. I’ve come to learn that a certain shade of yellow/green means that someone is in pain. Now, since the brain registers both emotional and physical pain in the same fashion just seeing this color doesn’t tell me what type of pain. I can only guess/or trust my intuition if I see another color banded next to this yellow/green color. For example, y/g banded with blue most likely means there is some sort of pain involving communication. Now depending on where the colors are can give me more clues. Same example, but let’s expand on it… I see the y/g with the blue… If it’s right on top of the ear that’s a clue that they are having trouble receiving information, if it’s closer to the mouth they are having trouble giving/expressing information. Which side it is on can also give me ideas as to what’s going on with a person. If our same subject with the y/g and blue bands over the “left” ear then I know that this whole pain around being on the receiving end of communication stems from the person’s logical side of the brain conflicting with what they are hearing and that this may also be a conflict with their mother, or a type of thinking that has rubbed off on them from their mother.
I also see angels near people. Sometimes I can tell people an angel that they’ll recognize (i.e. archangels and saints), or it may be a name that I don’t know, or no name at all; simply, a large mass of light that continually emminates warmth, kindness, and compassion.
